An Adelaide ELC That Provides Inspired, Child Directed Investigation, Explanation And Actuation.
The final room before our children graduate from our early learning centre in Adelaide to school, is the Pre-School Room. This is the room where we encourage children to refine their views of themselves and instill in them a sense of wonder and natural curiosity.
Our Pre-School Room strives to show the children a world of investigation without barriers. Where We Grow employs elements of Adelaide Kindergartens, Adelaide Family Daycare, and Adelaide Childcare, in creating an Adelaide based Early Learning Centre committed to young children and their holistic development. We want our children to ask questions, to disagree, to discuss and be open to multiple perspectives. At this stage of a child’s development we can begin to introduce concepts and theories, processes and cycles.
A Child Care Centre In Adelaide That Supports Children’s Development.
The possibility of deeper comprehension begins to reveal itself at this point of a child’s development, and it is the responsibility of the educator to ensure that curiosity is nurtured so that it may continue to grow. We see our Pre-School Room as a learning community. Our educators are a large part of this community, however, they remain only one part of it. They share equally with the children the responsibilities of this room.
How Our Pre–School Program Works In Hand With Schools And Kindergartens In Adelaide.
Our Pre-School Room also helps the children to establish a social confidence that they can take with them to school, and for the rest of their lives. It is the aim of our educators to ensure that our children graduate with the surety of self that will enable them to explore new friendships, impact their new environments, and remain active in their ongoing development.
Throughout their journey our educators have recognised that children are capable learners. At this age our educators want the children to recognise this and take it with them outside of their child care centres in Adelaide, and into a new learning environment.
A Connected Classroom Is One That Is Connected To Early Learning Centres In Adelaide.
Connectivism is a developmental theory that recognises the direction of education toward the modern age, whilst maintaining and utilising the natural world all around us. Our children learn to connect electronically to information, but we also show them how to connect to their environments, people and emotions. This is a very important realisation that children learn as they attend leading Early Learning Centres in Adelaide.
A Connectivist classroom views all these possible connections as potential information. We guide our children as they connect to different information, letting it inform their learning without controlling it. In this way we encourage our children, to think actively, to problem analyse, and not just to problem solve.
